Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in Shah Alam. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for various tasks, including preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing and controlling costs of construction projects, and providing accurate cost reports as required. Additionally, the role will involve cost planning and assisting in ensuring efficiency throughout project phases, while maintaining transparency and cost-effectiveness.

• Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Strong skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning for construction projects.
• Experience in creating and presenting detailed Cost Reporting documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with relevant industry software and tools is an advantage.
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
