Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  1. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other related documentation.
  2. Establish unit rates and prepare cost estimates.
  3. Prepare enquiries and obtain quotations for materials, labor, and plant.
  4. Conduct site visits, perform site valuations, and prepare related reports.
  5. Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and specifications.
  6. Prepare Interim Payment Certificates and progress claims.
  7. Establish unit rates and prepare cost estimates.
  8. Coordinate with internal departments to support project requirements.
  9. Liaise with external consultants and stakeholders as required.
  10. Maintain organized documentation and manage project-related records.
  11. Assist in contract administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
  12. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company.
  13. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Science, Construction Management or equivalent field.
  • At least 3 years handling post-contract administration & pre-contract.
  • Proven exposure to procurement, tendering, and contract administration.

  • Working location is in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
  • Only open for local Malaysians.
