Position: Quantity Surveyor
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Subang Jaya
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and submission deadlines.
- Review tender specifications, drawings, and contract documents to identify project requirements.
- Conduct preliminary research on tender opportunities, project specifications, and market information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, commercial, and supporting documents required for tender submissions.
- Prepare tender schedules, checklists, and submission documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain and update records of tender submissions, correspondence, and related documentation.
- Monitor tender timelines and ensure all milestones and submission deadlines are met.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding tender clarifications and documentation.
- Assist in the review of tender documents, contracts, and addenda to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare reports on tender activities, submission status, and tender outcomes for management review.
- Support post-tender activities, including clarification meetings, negotiations, and documentation as required.
