Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. The Quantity Surveyor will manage project costing, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost control, and evaluate progress claims for various projects. You will work closely with Sales, Designers, Site Supervisors to ensure costing accuracy and projects align with financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or any related field
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
