Job Description

Job Responsibility

Preparation of tender requirement, Site Measurement, Progress Claim, Valuation and review of Sub Contractor claim
Attend and communicate with the consultant or site meeting with work and contract issue
Budget control and price negotiation on project
Any other job task as assigned from time to time
To liaise with office team for costing matter.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
With or without experience are encourage to apply
Possess own transport to travel to site
