Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation & production planning and ensuring the team completes their work on time.
- Managing the operation cost and ensuring the project meeting the company goals and targeted profit.
- Responsible for overseeing the entire production process.
- Identify the issue and find a solution to fix it.
- To ensure the team follows all safety regulations and procedures including proper equipment and training.
- To identify potential hazards and risks and develop strategies to mitigate the hazards.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any relavant field
- Possess shot-firer license from JMG.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Result oriented.
- Good in planning skills.
