Working Location: Kossan Research and Development Center, Klang
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure timely execution of assignments by:
- Develops project /trials / study objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
- Determines project / trials / study specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies.
- Undertaking effective planning and provision of resources.
- Monitoring implementation and progress of assignments.
Involving plant manufactory process by:
- Testing new processes
- Collecting data required to make improvements and modifications
- Supervising plant operations
- Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems
- Liaising with project engineers and specialists
- Monitoring product performance
- Observe and understand plant packing, customer inspection, loading process
Ensure compliance Trial Run requirements by:
- Executing requirements of trial input and output during the trial run.
- Performing trial execution technical analysis, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
- Compiling data and document for trials.
- Other assigned duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Qualification and Experience
- Recognized Degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering and any related operation or process improvement experience.
- Relevant working experience in gloves manufacturing environment is preferred (For experienced candidate)
- Strong knowledge in process improvement, project management, analysis and design skills.
- Good communication skills.
