We're seeking talented Control System Engineers to join our tight-knit team researching and designing next-gen inspection technologies. As a System Control Engineer, you will dive into the nerve centre of our industry-leading machines - architecting the electrical circuits and programmable logic, making automated quality control possible.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement new and existing electrical control systems
- Develop and debug PLC ladder diagrams to ensure seamless system operation
- Code, test, and debug to enhance and initiate efficient program execution, optimizing hardware utilization
- Collaborate closely with the mechanical design team to ensure timely completion of electrical design and installation for optimal performance
- Provide technical support to internal (production) and external (customers) stakeholders on control system troubleshooting-related issues
Requirements :
- A recognized Degree / Master / PhD in Computer Science / Engineering (Mechatronics / Electrical & Electronic / Computer / Software) or equivalent
- Preferably with min. of 3 years related working experience
- Proficient in programming, especially in PLC, MS Visual C++ 5.0 or above
- Experience in machine design, product development & machine vision systems will be considered an added advantage
- Knowledge of electrical & electronics, Machine Vision Inspection systems, and automation machines will be beneficial
