Job Purpose
Lead and manage R&D to deliver innovative, safe, and cost-effective solutions that support business growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Development: Direct R&D strategy, lead and mentor teams, and ensure delivery of projects and milestones.
- Process Development: Drive new ideas, translate lab findings into scalable solutions, and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality requirements, with knowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO 14001.
- Operations & Resources: Oversee plant activities, manage budgets, and optimize resources to support R&D initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Benchmark best practices, monitor global trends, and recommend future programs to maintain competitiveness
