As part of its growth journey, the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to m anage development projects for modules and components, supporting the setup of the new subsidiary and collaborating with teams in Switzerland and internationally.
Job Descriptions
- Manage R&D projects for modules and components (NPI & LCM).
- Build and manage cross-functional project teams, including external resources, design transfer, and industrialization.
- Plan, monitor, and report on projects, coordinating interfaces with related projects.
- Ensure proactive stakeholder management and communication at all levels.
- Interface and coordinate team members across multiple locations.
- Ensure efficient implementation and adherence to processes, guidelines, and regulations.
- Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks; resolve conflicts within project teams and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical, life sciences, or related field.
- Min 6 years experience in project management, preferably in MedTech, life sciences instrumentation, or regulated industry.
- Experience in modules and components development.
- Hardware skills (electronics/mechanics) and software experience required.
- Relevant project management education (PMP or similar certifications preferred).
