What You'll Do:

Innovate & Build- Lead the design and development of advanced electronic and electrical hardware controllers from concept to reality.

Design with Precision- Engineer and refine circuit designs through simulation, component selection, schematic drawing, and PCB layout.

Collaborate to Create- Team up with product and technology teams to deliver high-performance, reliable products on time and on point.

Test & Assure Quality- Drive evaluation and testing processes to meet internal standards and industry regulations.

Manage & Deliver- Coordinate design activities, manage resources, and keep projects on track toward success.

Solve & Optimize- Tackle complex technical challenges and boost performance with smart, creative solutions.

Mentor & Grow- Support junior engineers by sharing knowledge and guiding their development.

What You'll Need:

• Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (min. CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper).
• Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware development or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in circuit design, with experience in PCB layout and adherence to industry best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills you see challenges as opportunities.
• Communication: Clear communicator, team player, and someone who brings energy to every project.
