Raw Materials Planner (Senior Executive)

Summary of the role:

You'll own RMPM planning and replenishment to keep MPS lines running smoothly, balancing supply, inventory health, and cost. You'll maintain planning master data, coordinate cross-functionally (R&D, Procurement, MPS/MPR, Warehouse/3PL, QA), and manage compliance tracking (C1/C3) to prevent shortages, waste, and obsolescence.

What you'll be doing:

• RMPM planning & inventory control: build replenishment plans (lead time, MOQ, shelf life, safety stock), manage aging/ obsolescence, and drive waste reduction via monthly plan vs actual RCFA.
• Master data & MRP discipline: keep BOM/ master data updated, run 12-month rolling MRP updates, and provide accurate support when MPS changes out-of-plan.
• Cross-functional & logistics coordination: align RM purchasing for NPI/ promo, manage import shipment clearance with planners, and coordinate RM transfers with warehouse/ 3PL to meet Co-Man timelines.
• Operations + compliance management: coordinate RM inspections/ intake with QA/ warehouse/ production, handle rejects/ claims, and track C1/C3 applications and usage per finance compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business (or related).
• 5+ years in raw material planning (FMCG preferred).
• Strong in inventory planning, procurement coordination, and distribution/logistics, including international trade docs.
• Comfortable with ERP/ MRP/ planning tools and strong Excel skills.
