Product Sales: Sell our trading robots through direct sales efforts, both online and in person. Collaborate with Business Development Manager to deeply understand the product and convey its benefits to potential clients.
Customer Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products, gather testimonials, and encourage referrals.
Documentation & Reporting: Document each sales process meticulously, including customer interactions, sales outcomes, and follow-up actions. Track improvements and report on performance statistics.
Customer Training: Provide customers with training on suing the trading robots and understanding the Forex and gold market.
Client Retention: Work to ensure high customer retention by addressing any concerns and providing excellent after-sales support.
Job Requirements
Strong sales skills with a focus on direct selling and customer relationship management.
Language Requirements: Candidates must be proficient in English, proficiency in Mandarin or BM will be a plus point for this position.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation.
Passion for trading and financial services is a plus.
