Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Petaling Jaya with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. The Real Estate Agent will manage property transactions, cultivate client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and handle property listings, marketing, and sales. The role involves coordinating property viewings, negotiating contracts, and keeping up-to-date with market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License with knowledge of property laws and regulations
• Skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Sales abilities, including negotiation and closing deals effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for property listings and marketing
• Familiarity with the Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur property markets is a plus
