Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Johor Bahru. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions and real estate processes, managing property listings, negotiating property sales or rental agreements, and building lasting relationships with clients. The role demands strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Qualifications

• Holding a valid Real Estate License.
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
• Strong Sales skills with demonstrated experience in building client relationships.
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and trust.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using real estate technology tools and marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and local languages is highly desirable.
