Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent, located on-site in Penang. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the real estate process. The role involves conducting market research, preparing property listings, and negotiating contracts to achieve successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the local real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
