This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Broker based in Kuala Lumpur. The Real Estate Broker will focus on managing property sales, purchases, and leases while maintaining strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market trends, assisting with property viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate laws and regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to generating leads and driving successful transactions while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate transactions, with an in-depth understanding of market trends and real property management
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively and achieve client satisfaction
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Proficient knowledge of real property laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Professional certification as a licensed Real Estate Broker
• Experience in the Kuala Lumpur real estate market is an advantage
