Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Real Estate Negotiator to join our elite team. In 2026, KLCC's luxury market has evolved; it is no longer just about square footage, but about lifestyle, asset preservation, and global prestige. You will represent Tier-1 developer projects to a global audience of UHNWI, providing a seamless white-glove experience from initial inquiry to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Mastery & Market Intelligence: Maintain expert-level knowledge of the KLCC landscape, including MRT3 connectivity, investment yields, and the unique value of branded residences.
- UHNWI Relationship Management: Act as a private wealth consultant for local and international investors, curating portfolios that align with their long-term legacy goals.
- Strategic Lead Generation: Utilize high-end digital marketing, LinkedIn networking, and by-invitation lifestyle events to build a premium pipeline.
- Bespoke Presentations: Conduct private physical viewings and high-definition digital walkthroughs, articulating architectural nuances and exclusive residents-only amenities.
- End-to-End Negotiation: Orchestrate complex, high-value transactions involving international solicitors, private bankers, and wealth managers.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the firm at prestigious property launches, VIP galas, and luxury industry events within the Golden Triangle.

- Experience in Sales and Lettings with a proven ability to meet targets and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the luxury property market and relevant certifications or qualifications are beneficial.
