This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Telok Panglima Garang. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, your responsibilities will include marketing and selling residential and commercial properties, providing excellent customer service, and assisting clients in finding their ideal properties. You will also collaborate with the team to establish effective sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

• Proficiency in Real Estate Sales, with knowledge of markets, trends, and client needs
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in providing exceptional Customer Service
• Experience in Real Estate and Sales to deliver effective property consultations
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in local real estate laws and regulations is an added advantage
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
