Real-Time Customer Data Platform Developer

Must have Skillsets

1) Hands-on experience in data engineering, martech, or CDP‑related development.

2) Strong hands‑on experience with real‑time customer data ingestion and segmentation.

3) Proficiency in JSON, APIs, SQL, and schema‑based data modelling.

4) Experience integrating CDP with analytics, campaign, or personalisation platforms.

5) Solid understanding of data privacy, consent, and governance controls.

6) Adobe RT‑CDP / AEP certifications or equivalent CDP certifications.

Good to have Skillsets

1) Strong stakeholder management, solution design, and leadership skills.

2) Hands‑on experience with APIs, data modelling, and platform governance mechanisms.

3) Experience leading multi‑squad or multi‑vendor CDP programmes in large enterprises.
