Job Description

Responsibilities:

Payout Calculation

  • Gather RPS data from the global insights team.
  • Calculate quarterly payouts to retailers using Excel; submit for approval to Retail Sales Manager and Regional Lead.
  • Coordinate with Retail Sales Managers to resolve data or payout discrepancies with retailers.

Accruals Management

  • Track and analyze monthly/quarterly rebate accruals.
  • Provide variance analysis during financial close if deviations exceed thresholds.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Handle queries related to rebate calculations.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to obtain business rationale for accrual justifications.

Payment Submission

  • Prepare and submit payment requests via the portal after required approvals.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Provide ad hoc data analysis to support sales and marketing teams in tactical decision-making.
  • Liaise with retailers to address and resolve payment issues.

Requirement:

Seeking a detail-oriented professional with advanced MS Excel skills (including Macros), strong communication abilities via Microsoft Teams and email, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with bachelor's degree.
