Responsibilities:
Payout Calculation
- Gather RPS data from the global insights team.
- Calculate quarterly payouts to retailers using Excel; submit for approval to Retail Sales Manager and Regional Lead.
- Coordinate with Retail Sales Managers to resolve data or payout discrepancies with retailers.
Accruals Management
- Track and analyze monthly/quarterly rebate accruals.
- Provide variance analysis during financial close if deviations exceed thresholds.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Handle queries related to rebate calculations.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to obtain business rationale for accrual justifications.
Payment Submission
- Prepare and submit payment requests via the portal after required approvals.
Cross-Functional Support
- Provide ad hoc data analysis to support sales and marketing teams in tactical decision-making.
- Liaise with retailers to address and resolve payment issues.
Requirement:
Seeking a detail-oriented professional with advanced MS Excel skills (including Macros), strong communication abilities via Microsoft Teams and email, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with bachelor's degree.
