You will be :
Actively pursue the implementation of the E2E BPM strategy, according to guardrails set by the E2E GBPO and GBPMs
Deliver solutions including processes, technology & analytics for the Receivables, Sales & Treasury Integration Sub Chapter in line with the E2E BPM strategy & guardrails as well as continuous improvements, with support of the GBPM and GBPSs
Support business acceptance globally across divisions and functions on an operating level for the dedicated business process area
Drive and implement the BPM strategy for his/her own dedicated area
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education
Who you are :
5 - 7 years professional experience in Business process management, Finance & accounting or equivalent function
Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical expertise for his/her dedicated area. Strong technical competencies in IFRS Accounting, SAP FI/CO, ICFR, Procurement, Transparency Laws and Regulations
Proven methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen). Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset and concepts in daily operations
Good collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem solving mindsetProven customer-centric mindset (internal & external)High attention to qualqity and detailsHighly comfortable with handling ambiguity and taking decisions
Experience in working in multicultural teams, organizational and project management skills, especially in matrix structures, considering/balancing interests of senior stakeholders from different functions. Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams
Extensive change management and conflict management skills and experience. Business fluency in English. Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%)
