Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document management.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Support HR, admin, or other departments with clerical duties as assigned.
  • Follow security procedures and monitor visitor access

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/ Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 12 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask

Salary Range

  • RM2,000- RM2,500 (based on experience)
