You will be :
Assist Team Manager to lead and plan the execution of a complete, stringent and timely financial monthly closing tasks and ensure all work documentation and work processes are updated and compliance with Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR)
Creating an inspiring team environment with open communication culture and leading a high performing team of senior analyst and analyst, identify the skills and talents required to meet the business objectives for all functions/tasks within the GAMA operations team
Establish annual objectives/goals with the GAMA operation teams to ensure resources are applied appropriately, performances are maintained and Shared Services goals/objectives are accomplished
Ensure all business activities align with relevant Company SOPs, local laws and are of high ethical standards
Lead and support the system and regulatory implementations and contribute inputs/findings to establish a knowledge database of issue encountered.
Assist in people engagement by having regular session with team members, understanding concerns, resolve team conflicts with tact and fairness
Support Team Manager in managing resource planning by monitoring resource utilization and allocation
Transformation/ Continuous Improvement Implementations
Degree or Diploma or equivalent experience in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working experiences in the fixed asset & lease accounting or related field
SAP knowledge or other ERP accounting systems and MS Office tools
Proficiency in English and other language required with good communication skill.
