Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Officer based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing the debt recovery process, including contacting clients and negotiating settlements. The role involves analyzing financial data, updating records, creating recovery strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service when addressing client queries. The Recovery Officer will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize collection performance and meet company objectives.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients
- Expertise in debt collection practices and financial management
- Analytical skills to assess financial situations and determine appropriate collection strategies
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and efficiently meet targets
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and maintaining professionalism in challenging situations
- Relevant experience in the debt collection or finance industry is preferred
- A diploma or degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous
