Recovery Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Officer located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing and executing strategies for debt collection. Daily tasks include contacting debtors, negotiating repayment plans, monitoring accounts, and providing excellent customer service. The officer will also analyze debt recovery data and provide insights for process improvements.
