The Role:

Recruiter who can handle full lifecycle (End-to-End) recruiting, including sourcing, screening, offer management, and strategic stakeholder engagement. Proven experience in IT/Tech recruitment.

Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite 3 days a week in Central KL).

At AMS, we value skills, potential, and growth. We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with Hiring Managers, provide expert recruitment guidance, and deliver quality end‑to‑end hiring services. This role uses recruitment technology to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while engaging directly with clients and managing expectations throughout the process.

Key Accountabilities:

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior hiring managers, providing expert guidance across the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
  • Lead attraction strategy discussions and advise hiring managers on achievable skill profiles and market realities.
  • Own full recruitment delivery, including vacancy consultations, sourcing strategy alignment, DEI considerations, timelines, and selection processes.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial interview through offer negotiation and start date, including complex offer processes.
  • Anticipate and address stakeholder issues, support demand planning, and contribute to talent pipelining and market insights.
  • Ensure full compliance, maintain accurate real‑time updates in all systems, and identify risks or scope‑creep in line with contractual and legislative requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Prior / current recruitment experience within Private Banking, Financial or Insurance Services, recruiting for Wealth Management and Technology roles
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a strong and confident communicator who will proactively engage with stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Seasoned relationship builder and ability to find a solution to a wide range of situations
  • Demonstrable experience in talent pooling and utilizing direct sourcing channels
  • Amenable to 3x a week onsite
