Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition needs. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their recruitment career who is interested in volume hiring and gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have some exposure to recruitment activities, preferably within the BPO or shared services environment, and a willingness to learn, manage multiple hiring requirements, and work in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures
- Maintain recruitment data and reports
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- 612 months of recruitment experience
- Strong exposure to volume hiring + BPO hiring experience is a strong plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
