Job Description: Recruiter (Mandarin Speaker Preferred)
Role Overview: We are seeking an junior/experienced Recruiter to lead our end-to-end talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, identifying top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Proficiency in Mandarin is a core requirement to facilitate communication with regional stakeholders and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Sourcing Excellence: Utilize diverse channels (LinkedIn, job boards, and networking) to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Mandarin Communication: Conduct interviews and manage correspondence in Mandarin for specific regional portfolios and stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscapes to provide data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably within a fast-paced or corporate environment. Experience in hiring engineers is an added advantage.
- Language: Professional fluency in Mandarin, Malay and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Skills: Proven ability to fill complex, senior-level positions and manage high-volume pipelines.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced LinkedIn Sourcing.
- Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence, and a results-oriented mindset.
