Role Description
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, and building strong talent pipelines. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, managing job postings, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Strong experience and skills in presenting, conducting interviews, and facilitating the recruitment process.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Knowledge of human resources, workforce planning, and employment regulations is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to meet talent acquisition goals effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in recruitment within the clinical development or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
