Job Description
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders from various departments within the organisation to understand the different business functions/needs and execute the recruitment process
- Experience in implementing the full cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles and bringing the best talent on board
- Customise creative methods to optimise the process of sourcing, screening and selection of ideal talents through various platforms
- Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates
- Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members in various initiatives in the enhancement of employer branding in various areas and departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or relevant recruitment experience in a fast-moving industry is preferred
- Experience in high-volume recruitment (experience in an external recruitment agency and handling mass hiring is highly preferred)
- Able to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia fluently is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Highly motivated and energetic, with a positive attitude and strong eagerness to learn
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proactive problem-solver, resourceful in handling challenges
