Recruiter (Prefer FMCG Background)
Location: Kuala Lumpur (Strategic location – opposite MRT Persiaran KLCC)
Background
Ouji Malaysia is seeking recruiter to manage hiring activities across multiple departments. This role is responsible for supporting business needs through effective and timely recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback
- Track hiring progress and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Ensure timely closure of roles based on hiring needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience (FMCG or fast-paced environment preferred)
- Experience hiring across different functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations)
- Good sourcing and screening skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Able to manage multiple hiring requirements
- Mandarin speaker will be value added
Preferred
- Experience in high-volume hiring
- Familiar with LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment tools
