Semiconductor Recruiter
About the Role
We are looking for a Semiconductor Recruiter with at least 2 years of recruitment experience to support hiring within the semiconductor industry. This role will start remotely, with the expectation to transition onsite in Penang in the future. The ideal candidate has experience handling technical roles and managing volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for semiconductor-related roles (engineering, manufacturing, operations, and support functions).
- Handle volume hiring requirements while maintaining quality of hire.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce needs.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the semiconductor industry.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and oversee offer processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and provide regular hiring updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience (semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing preferred).
- Proven experience in volume hiring.
- Strong understanding of technical roles within the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to transition to onsite work in Penang in the future.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting ramp-up or mass hiring projects.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
