Role Overview Typical Responsibilities
- Develop and publish job advertisements across internal and external platforms, prepare role specifications for recruitment partners, and create supporting materials that clearly outline job requirements for prospective candidates.
- Review applications, shortlist qualified profiles, coordinate with recruitment agencies, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage enquiries from candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners, providing timely updates while upholding strict confidentiality and privacy standards.
- Communicate with candidates to arrange interviews and collaborate with hiring teams to develop structured, equitable interview questions.
- Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and recommend the most suitable candidates based on established selection criteria.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to candidates who are not selected, ensuring alignment with recruitment policies.
- Prepare offer packages that accurately reflect approved terms and conditions to support informed decision-making for selected candidates.
- Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events to connect with potential talent and promote available opportunities.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources or a comparable field.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Foreign Direct Labor processes and workforce management.
- Proven capability in managing full-cycle recruitment for foreign sourced workers (advantageous).
- Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to lead, guide, and empower team members.
