Recruitment Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with recruitment or staffing industry experience to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving recruitment-related sales, and ensuring successful delivery of staffing solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, business development capability, and a good understanding of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding recruitment and staffing requirements.

Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.

Understand client hiring needs and provide appropriate staffing solutions.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Prepare client proposals, presentations, and service agreements.

Conduct regular client meetings to maintain strong partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.

Monitor recruitment progress and provide updates to clients on hiring status.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of recruitment services.

Requirements

Malaysian nationality (mandatory).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.

35 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition sales.

Proven experience in account management or recruitment sales.

Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Good command of English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Skills

Experience working in IT recruitment or staffing services.

Strong client network in Malaysia.

Experience using CRM or recruitment management systems.
