About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. This position combines business development, market research, and talent acquisition, offering you the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and candidates while shaping careers and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to stay informed on hiring trends and industry developments within your specialization.
• Partner closely with key decision-makers to understand organizational goals and hiring needs, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, expanding and nurturing your professional network.
• Provide expert advice and consultation to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage client and candidate relationships to ensure successful placements and long-term partnerships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline

• Proven track record of success in recruitment, preferably within an agency environment.
