Candidate Sourcing & Management
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and proprietary databases
- Conduct screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the process
Recruitment Execution
- Match candidates to suitable roles and present shortlists to clients
- Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer negotiations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and agency standard
- Client Engagement & Business Development
- Identify and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Understand client hiring needs, culture, and role specifications
- Present tailored recruitment solutions and negotiate terms of business
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system
- Track KPIs such as placements, revenue, and pipeline activity
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
