Responsibilities

• Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Writing job ads that dont sound like a snooze fest
• Sourcing amazing talent through LinkedIn, job portals & your network
• Interviewing candidates and helping them land their dream job
• Managing offers, negotiations, and hiring processes like a pro
• Celebrating wins and learning from the challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience
• Passion for people & strong communication skills
• Ambition, resilience & a love for learning
• A curious mind with a can-do attitude
• Prior sales/recruitment experience is a bonus, but not a must!
