This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in Johor Baharu. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including consulting with clients to understand their hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing candidate recommendations. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.

• Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting skills
• Consulting and Interviewing experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Previous experience in a recruiting or HR role is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
