Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Recruitment & Headhunting

  • Source candidates via job portals, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct active headhunting for mid to senior-level roles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across various industries

Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct screening interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person)
  • Assess candidate suitability based on client requirements
  • Prepare professional candidate profiles and recommendations

Client & Interview Coordination

  • Coordinate interviews (online or at client locations)
  • Brief candidates prior to interviews
  • Follow up with clients and candidates on interview feedback
  • Manage interview schedules and logistics

Recruitment Process Management

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment tracking
  • Ensure smooth, timely hiring processes and clear communication
  • Assist with offer negotiation and placement follow-ups

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Stay updated on market trends and hiring demands

QUALIFICATION:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
  • 13 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or sales (agency experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in interviewing and candidate evaluation
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Exposure to recruitment agency, executive search, or headhunting is preferred
  • Comfortable with client-facing roles
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to build relationships
  • Have to able to communicate in MANDARIN. (Dealing with CHINA clients)
