JOB DESCRIPTION:
Recruitment & Headhunting
- Source candidates via job portals, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct active headhunting for mid to senior-level roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across various industries
Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct screening interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person)
- Assess candidate suitability based on client requirements
- Prepare professional candidate profiles and recommendations
Client & Interview Coordination
- Coordinate interviews (online or at client locations)
- Brief candidates prior to interviews
- Follow up with clients and candidates on interview feedback
- Manage interview schedules and logistics
Recruitment Process Management
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment tracking
- Ensure smooth, timely hiring processes and clear communication
- Assist with offer negotiation and placement follow-ups
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Stay updated on market trends and hiring demands
QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
- 13 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or sales (agency experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Exposure to recruitment agency, executive search, or headhunting is preferred
- Comfortable with client-facing roles
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to build relationships
- Have to able to communicate in MANDARIN. (Dealing with CHINA clients)
