Key Responsibilities
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you&aposll drive both candidate sourcing and client engagement to deliver successful hires.
- Source, identify, and engage high-potential candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their hiring needs.
- Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidate fit for roles.
- Craft compelling messaging to 'sell' job opportunities and build candidate interest.
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to hiring managers or internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up to date with hiring trends, industry movements, and competitive intelligence.
Key Requirements
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,BM & Chinese; confident and persuasive speaker.
- Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented you love achieving targets and pushing boundaries.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
