Your new role

As a Recruitment Consultant, youll be at the heart of our recruitment process, responsible for:

  • Generating a strong candidate database through multiple sourcing methods
  • Generate a consistent stream of sales revenue on a monthly basis
  • Managing client & candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process

What you&aposll need to succeed

We welcome individuals from various backgrounds to join us and develop their skills in areas such as Accountancy & Finance, Technology, Banking, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Human Resources, Legal, and many others.

Key qualities were looking for include:

  • Exceptional motivation with strong ambition and sales-drive
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Proactive and positive response to targets
  • Resilience and a result-oriented mindset
  • Recruitment experience not needed, 12 years of sales experience preferred from any industry
