• Talent Sourcing: Leverage specialised recruitment platforms to identify, attract, and build pipelines of top talent across diverse sectors.
• Candidate Engagement: Screen incoming resumes, conduct preliminary phone assessments, and construct impactful candidate profiles while delivering a seamless, high-touch experience.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, talent mapping, and salary bench marking studies to provide actionable industry insights that keep our clients competitive.
• Operations & Branding: Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and assist with strategic employer branding campaigns, job fairs, and special hiring initiatives.

skills & experience Required

• Education: Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business related majors, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• Motivated individual with strong initiative and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Communication: Interpersonal abilities with clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Commitment: Able to join a full-time internship program for 3 to 6 months.
