What You'll Be Doing

• Create and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media channels

• Source potential candidates through various online platforms

• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate outreach

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Maintain recruitment records and ensure a smooth candidate experience

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent

• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals

Who We're Looking For

• Undergraduate or diploma students seeking an internship

• Students from Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Mass Communication, or related fields are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using social media and online platforms for recruitment activities
