As part of our market expansion plans, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Researcher/Resourcer to join our team. This associate role is key in supporting our consultants, developing market intelligence, and ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding service to our clients and candidates.
Role Overview:
The Researcher/Resourcer will play a vital role in mapping markets, identifying and engaging with industry professionals, and supporting consultants with insights and data. This position blends research, marketing, and administrative responsibilities, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to Vouch Recruitments brand and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Mapping
- Conduct detailed market mapping to identify key players, competitors, and talent pools.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates and industry contacts.
- Provide up-to-date market insights and talent intelligence to support consultants.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Identify and approach potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Build long-term relationships with professionals across relevant industries.
- Screen and qualify candidates where appropriate before passing to consultants.
Industry Networking & Representation
- Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
- Act as a representative of Vouch Recruitment, promoting our brand and values.
Administrative Support
- Format and edit CVs for client submission.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the ATS/CRM system.
- Assist consultants with scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Post job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
- Assist with creating recruitment marketing content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, newsletters).
- Help promote Vouch Recruitments brand presence online and offline.
Data & Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., sourcing activity, candidate engagement, response rates) to inform strategy.
- Prepare reports and insights for consultants and management.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Contribute ideas for improving sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and overall efficiency.
- Work closely with consultants and management to support client pitches and project delivery.
Professional Development
- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices.
- Continuously upskill to enhance contribution to the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to build rapport with professionals at all levels.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks and managing data accurately.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in recruitment, research, or sales support is desirable but not essential.
