Job Brief
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, screening, and selecting top talent for our company. You'll collaborate closely with department managers and the HR team to fill all vacancies within the organization. Your focus will be on implementing effective recruitment strategies to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create compelling job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates suitability for the position.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure the necessary document to be filled before the interview session
- Manage and maintain the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist with well-versed in sourcing techniques, candidate evaluation, and recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle sensitive candidate information with the utmost care
- Capable of managing multiple recruitment projects
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Able to join immediately will be an advantage.
- Must be local citizen.
Location : Mid Valley, KL
Working Hour : Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
