  • Conduct structured interviews
  • Evaluate candidates
  • Provide hiring recommendations
  • Employer Branding
  • Strengthen employer branding
  • Manage job ads and career pages
  • Participate in job fairs
  • Recruitment Analytics
  • Track KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, etc.)
  • Leadership & Improvement
  • Mentor junior recruiters
  • Improve SOPs
