Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Recruitment Specialist will handle the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additional responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes, training new employees, and maintaining candidate databases. Ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers is essential in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing candidates
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Training new employees
- Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and other team members
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
