Job Title: Talent Acquisition
*Job Summary:*
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies, source potential candidates, conduct initial interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Sourcing and Screening:* Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- *Initial Interviews:* Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
- *Interview Coordination:* Coordinate interview schedules and logistics.
- *Candidate Database Management:* Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system.
- *Candidate Experience:* Provide timely follow-up and feedback to candidates during the recruitment process.
*Requirements:*
- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- *Experience:* 1-3year of experience in recruitment or HR.
