THIS POSITION IS BASED IN KLK REFINERIES, LOCATED IN MUTIARA DAMANSARA, PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the IT roadmap aligned with Group strategy and business priorities.
- Partner with refinery leadership to translate business needs into effective IT solutions.
- Oversee ERP (SAP) systems, including enhancements, integrations, and data governance.
- Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Manage IT service delivery, ensuring uptime and effective incident resolution.
- Drive business intelligence and reporting capabilities to support decision-making.
- Lead and develop the IT team, fostering a strong service-oriented culture.
- Manage vendors and partners to deliver quality outcomes and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Group IT to ensure alignment of systems, platforms, and standards across divisions.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years IT experience with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and multi-site manufacturing environments.
- Strong track record managing infrastructure, cross-border teams, and vendors.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Experience in palm oil refining, oleochemical, agro-processing or related process industries will be an added advantage.
